Refund and Returns Policy

Our products are food items (whey protein), so for safety and hygiene we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, taste, or opened packs.

Wrong item received
If we send you a different flavour or size from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the pouch and its label. We will send the correct item at no cost. If we cannot, we will refund the order amount.

Refund timing
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
